How to turn on Personalization on Collection Groups

1. Open the search configuration.

2. Click Add Group button, to add a new collection group/choose existing collection group.

3. Click Add Collection button to add the collection pages.

4. Click Edit Merchandising button to update merchandising on the collection pages.

5. Click on Add Sorting/Edit Sorting, to create a new sorting/edit existing sorting.

6. In the Best Matches tab, click on Add Best Matches, and select Relevancy/Personalization Score.

7. Click on the Personalization toggle button so that its activated.

8. Note, if you have multiple sorting options, please drag Relevancy/Personalization Score to the appropriate position. Example- if you want to Bury Products on Sale, then it will be on the top followed by Relevancy/Personalization Score. This will ensure that personalization is applied after pushing down products on sale.

9. Note, Personalization is applied only on Best Matches sorting options.

10. Click Save to update the UI.

11. Click Save and Publish to push the rules live.
