# How to identify Search/Carousel Config during A/B test?

### Step 1 - Get the User ID

* Go to any search/widget configuration.
* Click on the User Icon.\\

* Copy the User ID<br />

### Step 2 - View User Profile

* Insert the User ID into the dashboard and view the user profile.<br />

* Go to the Config Tab and it will list all the configurations used by the profile.<br />

### Step 3 - Simulate search/carousel

* Go to Search & Collection Merchandising / Recommendation Widgets.
* Open the configuration assigned to the user.
* Enter the User ID to simulate search/carousel results.
